Introduce:
Fantasy Astrolabe is one of feature in KOF98UMOL. It was first appeared in 10th October 2023 at China Server then lately at other Server. It offer special power for your characters and enhance them in combat.

Manual:
1- Each astrolabe consist 10 Star Soul and 1 Ultimate Talent.
2- Each fighter has an astrolabe. Fighter of same type need same Star Soul for their astrolabe.
3- Each fighter horoscope has 3 set of Talent plan, and you can choose one of them.
4- Appearance of each plan in battle can set for each fighter.
5- Each slot need to be inlaid with designated Star Soul.
6- Connected slot need to be inlaid with Red Star Soul to active the corresponding slot Talent (slot A is starting point of astrolabe, and inlaying Red Star Soul can immediately active Talent in slot A).
7- All slot in each fighter Star Chart are inlaid with Red Star Soul, and Ultimate Talent will auto take effect (when Red Star Soul removed or replaced with other quality Star Soul, Ultimate Talent will invalid).
8- Consume Soul Power Essence to increase Star Soul level.
9- Each fighter horoscope has 4 slot initially unlocked and other slot can unlock by consume Rune Stone.
10- Star Soul can obtain through explore Star Box.
11- Upper limit of backpack is 1999. Star Soul exceed upper limit will auto lost (please decompose idle Star Soul in time).
Skill Rule:
1- All DMG by Fantasy Astrolabe ignore Immunity and do not cause Rage.
2- All DMG by Fantasy Astrolabe is calculated based-on real-time attributes of the caster and has nothing to do with releaser of the Skill.
3- All buff/debuff by Fantasy Astrolabe (except Control effect) can not dispel, stackable with similar buff/debuff by non Fantasy Astrolabe.
4- Fantasy Astrolabe will not trigger Reflect DMG.

DPS – Thorn of Dawn (Single DMG):
Ultimate Talent:
Permanent increase max HP of caster by 10%. Each successful trigger will permanent increase Trigger Rate by 10%, max 40%.
Deal 50% Splash DMG to surrounding enemy, +5% Multiplier DMG for caster in 2 turn (stackable, max 3 time, refresh in real-time).
A- Basic Trigger Rate is 5%, cause 500% DMG to single enemy.
B1- Permanent increase caster max HP and Trigger Rate by 5%.
B2- Permanent increase caster max HP and Trigger Rate by 5%.
B3- Permanent increase caster max HP by 5%. Each Chain Attack increase Trigger Rate by 3%, reset after successfully trigger. If caster do not have Counter/Chase tag, effect changed to permanent increase Trigger Rate by 5%.
C1- +30% extra Atk.
C2- +30% extra DMG.
C3- +15% DMG for caster in 1 turn.
D1- This attack ignore 50% Def of target.
D2- Heal 20% HP for caster from DMG dealt.
D3- +40% extra DMG.

DPS – Massacre (AOE DMG):
Ultimate Talent:
Permanent increase max HP of caster by 10%. When debut, +40% Trigger Rate, -8% after each successful trigger till drop to 0%.
Unique Effect: +30% Coefficient DMG. +10% DMG for caster in 2 turn (stackable, duration will not be refresh when stack).
A- Basic Trigger Rate is 5%, deal 200% DMG to all enemy.
B1- Permanent increase caster max HP and Trigger Rate by 5%.
B2- Permanent increase caster max HP and Trigger Rate by 5%.
B3- Permanent increase caster max HP by 5%. +4% Trigger Rate for each unsuccessful trigger (if caster do not have Counter/Chase tag, increase value to 7%, stackable, reset after successful trigger).
C1- +30% extra Atk.
C2- +30% extra DMG.
C3- +15% DMG for caster in 1 turn.
D1- Deal 20% extra DMG to enemy at front-row.
D2- Heal 10% HP for caster from DMG dealt.
D3- Deal 5% extra DMG to each target.

DPS – Sign of Coldness (Column DMG):
Ultimate Talent:
Permanent increase max HP of caster by 10%. Each Chain Attack increase Trigger Rate by 12%, stackable and reset after successful trigger. If caster do not have Counter/Chase tag, effect changed to permanent increase Trigger Rate by 20%.
Deal extra DMG equal 40% total DMG to main target. At start of next turn, regen 200 Rage for caster (stackable. If this attack triggered by Ulti, Rage will be restore immediately).
A- Basic Trigger Rate is 5%, deal 350% DMG to a column.
B1- Permanent increase caster max HP and Trigger Rate by 5%.
B2- Permanent increase caster max HP and Trigger Rate by 5%.
B3- Permanent increase caster max HP and Trigger Rate by 5%.
C1- +30% extra Atk.
C2- +30% extra DMG.
C3- +15% DMG for caster in 1 turn.
D1- -100 Rage of column target.
D2- Deal extra DMG from 10~30% of total DMG to each target in column (more Rage Reduce by this attack, lower DMG, min value when total Rage Reduce exceed 200 Rage).
D3- -10% Rage Regen of column target in 1 turn.

Tank – Reinforce Iron Frame (AOE DMG):
Ultimate Talent:
Permanent increase max HP of caster by 10%. Each Chain Attack increase Trigger Rate by 12%. If caster do not have Counter/Chase tag, effect changed to permanent increase Trigger Rate by 20%
-10% DMG of one enemy with highest cumulative DMG among hit targets in 2 turn (stackable, but duration will not refresh when stack).
+5% Multiplier Res for caster in 2 turn (stackable, max 3 time, duration will be refresh when stack).
A- Basic Trigger Rate is 5%, deal 200% DMG to all enemy.
B1- Permanent increase caster max HP and Trigger Rate by 5%.
B2- Permanent increase caster max HP and Trigger Rate by 5%.
B3- Permanent increase caster max HP and Trigger Rate by 5%.
C1- +25% Immune Rate of caster in 1 turn.
C2- Next time caster got hit, immediately heal 20% loss HP.
C3- +15% Res for caster in 1 turn.
D1- Regen 100 Rage for caster.
D2- Heal 15% max HP for caster.
D3- +15% Ulti Res for caster in 1 turn.

Tank – Oath of Protection (Column DMG):
Ultimate Talent:
Permanent increase max HP of caster by 10%. When debut, +40% Trigger Rate, -8% after each successful trigger till drop to 0%. Regen 200 Rage for caster.
Within 1 turn, +3 Multiplier Res every time caster take shared DMG (stackable, max 5 time, refresh when stack).
A- Basic Trigger Rate is 5%, deal 350% DMG to a column.
B1- Permanent increase caster max HP and Trigger Rate by 5%.
B2- Permanent increase caster max HP and Trigger Rate by 5%.
B3- Permanent increase caster max HP by 5%. +4% Trigger Rate for each unsuccessful trigger (if caster do not have Counter/Chase tag, increase value to 7%, stackable, reset after successful trigger).
C1- +25% Immune Rate for caster in 1 turn.
C2- Next time caster got hit, immediately heal 20% loss HP.

D1- When caster at front-row and HP > 20%, share 5% DMG for ally at back-row in 1 turn.
D2- Share 15% DMG for ally behind caster.

Tank – Shield of Thorns (Single DMG):
Ultimate Talent:
Permanent increase max HP of caster by 10%. Each successful trigger will permanent increase Trigger Rate by 10%, max 40%.
Within 1 turn, every time caster got hit 2 time, heal 8% lost HP. Within 1 turn, +5~30% Multiplier Res for caster (lower HP of caster, higher percent, refresh in real-time, max percent when HP < 25%).
A- Basic Trigger Rate is 5%, deal 500% DMG to single target.
B1- Permanent increase caster max HP and Trigger Rate by 5%.
B2- Permanent increase caster max HP and Trigger Rate by 5%.
B3- Permanent increase max HP of caster by 5%. Each Chain Attack increase Trigger Rate by 3%. If caster do not have Counter/Chase tag, effect changed to permanent increase Trigger Rate by 5%.
C1- +25% Immune Rate for caster in 1 turn.
C2- Next time caster got hit, immediately heal 20% loss HP.
C3- +15% Res for caster in 1 turn.
D1- Deal extra DMG equal 30% recent DMG of caster (max DMG is 30% max HP of caster).
D2- Deal extra DMG equal 15% max HP of caster to main target.
D3- Recent ratio Res of caster will convert into extra DMG is increase to 60% (max DMG is 60% max HP of caster).

Gank – Soul Shackles (Special Single DMG):
Ultimate Talent:
Permanent increase max HP of caster by 10%. Each successful trigger will permanent increase Trigger Rate by 12% (stackable, reset after successful trigger).
If caster do not have Counter/Chase tag, effect changed to permanent increase Trigger Rate by 20%. If target got CC after this attack, +20% DMG of caster (stack with similar buff) and +10% Rage Regen in 1 turn.
-15% DMG and Res of target in 1 turn.
A- Basic Trigger Rate is 5%, deal 500% DMG to single target.
B1- Permanent increase caster max HP and Trigger Rate by 5%.
B2- Permanent increase caster max HP and Trigger Rate by 5%.
B3- Permanent increase caster max HP and Trigger Rate by 5%.
C1- +25% Control Rate for caster in 1 turn.
C2- +15% DMG for caster in 1 turn.
C3- +15% Res for caster in 1 turn.
D1- 20% Stun, Paralyze, Freeze, Silent or Forbidden Skill target in 1 turn (Trigger Rate is calculated separate for each state, and may trigger various CC at same time).
D2- Got 40% extra Control Rate.
D3- If target got CC after this attack, deal 80% extra DMG.

Gank – Blazing Holy Light (Single DMG):
Ultimate Talent:
Permanent increase max HP of caster by 10%. When debut, +40% Trigger Rate, -8% after each successful trigger till drop to 0%.
Unique Effect: dispel negative state of 1 random ally (priority who got CC).
+10% DMG for all ally in 1 turn (stack with similar buff).
A- Basic Trigger Rate is 5%, deal 500% DMG to single target.
B1- Permanent increase caster max HP and Trigger Rate by 5%.
B2- Permanent increase caster max HP and Trigger Rate by 5%.
B3- Permanent increase caster max HP by 5%. +4% Trigger Rate for each unsuccessful trigger (if caster do not have Counter/Chase tag, increase value to 7%, stackable, reset after successful trigger).
C1- +25% Control Rate for caster in 1 turn.
C2- +15% DMG for caster in 1 turn.
C3- +15% Res for caster in 1 turn.
D1- Heal 30% loss HP to ally with lowest HP.
D2- Heal 10% max HP to all ally.
D3- Regen 100 Rage for 1 random ally who not full Rage.

Gank – Ultimate Edge (AOE DMG):
Ultimate Talent:
Permanent increase max HP of caster by 10%. Each successful trigger will permanent increase Trigger Rate by 10%, max 40%.
Deal extra DMG equal 20% recent DMG of caster to each target (max DMG is 500% ATK of caster)
+4% DMG and 2% Multiplier DMG of caster in 3 turn (stackable, but duration will not refresh when stack).
A- Basic Trigger Rate is 5%, deal 200% DMG to all enemy.
B1- Permanent increase caster max HP and Trigger Rate by 5%.
B2- Permanent increase caster max HP and Trigger Rate by 5%.
B3- Permanent increase caster max HP by 5%. Each Chain Attack increase Trigger Rate by 3% (stack and reset after successful trigger). If caster do not have Counter/Chase tag, effect changed to permanent increase Trigger Rate by 5%.
C1- +25% Control Rate for caster in 1 turn.
C2- +15% DMG for caster in 1 turn.
C3- +15% Res for caster in 1 turn.
D1- This attack ignore 30% Res of target.
D2- This attack got extra 25% Crit Rate and Pierce Rate.
D3- Deal extra DMG equal 25% loss HP of target to each target.
