In KOF98UMOL CN, Joe XV is good Tanker. He has “Change of Offense and Defensive” ability, deal good DMG with his Skill. What make him most tanky is “Supreme Block Rate”. As long as he got “Amulet Coin”, he take 0 DMG from enemy. Although his era is over, but he has come back now as Striker. Let’s us find out~
Trigger Condition:
From turn 1 onward, trigger when ally “Tank” use 1 Ulti or when ally use 3 Ulti in total.
White:
+100% DMG, Atk and Ulti DMG. Own Skill DMG ignore Immunity.
Single target, +40% Block Rate and Block Value for summoner equal (5 time own Def + 5 time summoner Def).
Can join battle from turn 3.
Green:
After join battle, permanently increase 50% DMG and Res.
Attack got effect from “Double Leg”, cause 100% Splash DMG to surround enemy.
Blue:
+10% Skill DMG.
Attack got effect from “Double Knee”, +100% DMG and 25% Block Rate for summoner.
Purple:
+10% Skill DMG.
Attack got effect from “Double Elbow”.
Each time main target got Fatal-DMG or reach “Life Lock”, -15% Multiplier Res (last 2 turn, stackable, can not dispel).
Orange:
+10% Skill DMG.
Attack got effect from “Double Fist”.
-40% Atk of main target (ignore Immunity, last 1 turn, can not dispel).
Red:
+30% Skill DMG.
Switch to SMax, attack a column and priority back-row target.
Buff “Shield” for summoner in 1 turn with durable equal 60% HP of summoner.
If summoner is “Tank”, also buff “Deterrence” until shield broke. +100% own Def.
-15% Rage Regen Rate of main target, and within 1 turn when target got hit, has 35% Stun (1 turn, ignore Immunity and Immune Rate).
